1. The Contest and the Organizer

These rules apply to the “Galatea Diamond Sweepstakes” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”), organized by ENSO Hungary Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), operated and maintained through the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/galateagyemant/, under the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all natural persons over the age of 18, who are internet users and have a residence or domicile in Hungary (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”).

If the winner has limited legal capacity, they may only manage matters related to the prize and receive the prize with their legal representative.
If the winner is legally incapacitated, only their legal representative may act on their behalf.

Employees of the Organizer, as well as their close relatives (as defined in Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of the Hungarian Civil Code), are excluded from participation.

By entering the Contest, the Participant acknowledges and fully accepts these rules unconditionally.

If a Participant does not accept these rules or objects to any of their provisions, they are not eligible to participate and will be automatically disqualified.

The Contest is conducted according to these rules. For any issues not regulated herein, the applicable legal provisions shall apply.

3. Duration and Process

• Contest period: December 10, 2024 – December 18, 2024, 20:00 (CET)

• Draw date: December 19, 2024

• Number of winners: 1 (from Instagram)

• Prize: One exclusive set consisting of earrings and a pendant adorned with 3 E/VS1 diamonds (set value: 397,000 HUF).

• Announcement of results: Within 24 hours after the draw.

• Like the contest post

• Tag 2 people in the comments

To be eligible, Participants must follow the instructions posted by the Organizer on its Instagram and Facebook pages, where details of the current contest mechanism and number of winners are specified.

Winners will be chosen randomly.

4. Prizes and Winners

The prize described in Section 3 will be awarded.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Winners will be drawn randomly by automated selection.

• The Organizer will publish the winners’ names on its Instagram page within 1 hour of the draw.

• The Organizer reserves the right to select alternate winners but may also decide not to and instead re-award the prize in a future contest.

A winner forfeits the prize if:

• They are under 18 years of age at entry;

• They do not respond to the notification within 5 business days;

• Contact with them cannot be established;

• It is proven they entered with multiple and/or false registrations to gain an unfair advantage;

• It is proven they attempted to influence the outcome in any way;

• They violate any provisions of these rules;

• They fail to provide data required for taxation purposes.

5. Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message to arrange the details of prize collection.

If contact cannot be established, the winner forfeits the prize. To confirm identity, the Organizer may require the winner to provide proof of identity.

If the winner fails to comply with the requirements outlined in the notification, or refuses to provide any requested data (e.g., tax identification number), they may become ineligible.

6. Delivery of Prizes

Prizes must be collected in person at the address provided on the Organizer’s webshop during the week following the draw.

Participants are obliged to cooperate in the prize collection process. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited without liability to the Organizer.

7. Organizer’s Liability

The Organizer excludes liability for damages arising from incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by Participants, registration without proper legal consent from a representative, or loss/delay of electronic notifications for reasons outside the Organizer’s control.

8. Data Management and Data Protection

8.1 Information

Participation in the Contest and the provision of personal data are voluntary. Data will not be transferred to third parties (except data processors) and will only be used for the purposes specified in these rules.

The Organizer will provide Participants with information on the data processor’s name, address, and activities upon request.

Participants may withdraw their consent to data processing at any time, free of charge and without justification, and may request the cessation of data handling.

If the data protection conditions change, the Organizer will notify Participants.

Complaints regarding data protection may be addressed to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.naih.hu) or the competent court.

8.2 By entering the Contest, the Participant:

• Consents that if they win, their personal data necessary for prize delivery (name, phone number, postal address, email address) may be processed by the Organizer in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

• Agrees unconditionally that their data may be used by the Organizer solely for the administration and delivery of the prize during the Contest period.

Personal data will only be used for communication with Participants and will be deleted after successful prize delivery, except where separate app registrations and rules apply.

9. Disqualification

Participants acting contrary to the spirit of the Contest, attempting to gain unfair advantage through misleading conduct, thereby disadvantaging fair players, will be disqualified.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude such Participants.

10. Miscellaneous

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules, shorten or extend the Contest period, and make other changes.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook, nor is it associated with them.
